The Suncraft Twisted Octagon set includes a large chef's knife and a paring knife. The blades of the knives are forged with 32 layers of Damascus steel and the core is VG10 steel. The hardness of the blade is 60 HRC and the blade is extremely sharp and long lasting. The handle is octagonal and made of pakkawood. The lamination gives the handle good durability and the shape makes the grip ergonomic.
