Ken Hom Classic Carbon Steel Wok, 32 cm

High-quality carbon steel wok is perfect for healthy and quick cooking, ideal for natural cooking with little use of fat. 

Carbon steel woks  offer excellent heat conduction and are therefore great for high heat, high speed cooking – essential elements for stir frying. Suitable for use on all hobs apart from induction.

Cleaning: deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and oil lightly. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher. Seasoning will give the pan natural non-stick properties.
