Tramontina Black Meat Claw

The Tramontina Black Collection meat claw is designed as a handy tool for e.g. for making pulled pork and pulled chicken, but it also makes it easy to hold the cut piece of meat in place. The meat cleaver is made of dark oxidized stainless steel, and its handle is made of FSC-certified Ipe wood. Cleaned by hand washing, with a mild hand dishwashing liquid and a soft dish sponge. Heavy mechanical stress, such as rubbing in washing, may change the appearance and color of the metal part.
