Ceramic honing rod for maintaining the sharpness of your knives. Use the rod often, if you let your knife become too dull the rod doesn´t sharpen it.
Dimensions: overall length: 38 cm, rod: 25 cm, diameter: 1,4 cm, weight: 153 g. 2000 grit.
If the knife doesn´t become sharp with the rod it is too dull and you must use a wetstone to sharpen the knife. We recommend a wetstone with 1000 and 3000 grit. You can use an angle holder to ensure the correct sharpening angle.
