The Taishi knife blade is made of 3 layers, core material is VG10 super stainless steel, covered by high quality stainless steel from both sides.

Overall length: 33,7 cm, blade: 20 cm, blade width: 4,7 cm, weight: 191 g.

The core material VG10 super stainless steel gives the blade hardness 61 HRC. This hardness guarantees excellent and long lasting sharpness. The handle is made of black beech pakkawood which provides outstanding stability and balance.
