Previously unknown manufacturer. I ended up with this based on a friend's recommendation, really sharp knife and fits well in the hand, strong recommendation! I will probably buy the same series in the future.

Extreme sharpness!

As the owner of many Japanese knives, I would say that this is one of the best. I don't particularly like the traditional Octaco handle, the Twisted version fits the hand very well.
